Monica grew up in the hair industry. Her mother is an AVEDA esthetician. Her grandmother worked at AVEDA since the very beginning, spending 40 years of her career as the director of sales for corporate AVEDA! Working in AVEDA salon comes as second nature for Monica.

 

Following in the footsteps of her mother and grandmother, Monica studied at the AVEDA institute in 2018. After graduation Monica took a stylist position at HAUS salon downtown Minneapolis. Working through the ranks Monica developed and proved her skills ultimate becoming a color specialist at HAUS salon.

 

After working in Minneapolis for several years Monica and her husband decided to move out of the city to raise their 2 children. Her family now calls rural Glenwood City home. Coming from the big city Monica was looking for a big city atmosphere with a small town vibe. Estilo was the perfect fit to continue the progression of her career.
