Meet Rachel – Master Stylist & Aveda Retail Ambassador.

 

With a vibrant passion for beauty and wellness, Rachel has proudly been a part of the Estilo Salon family since 2018, bringing with her years of experience since starting her career in 2012. Originally from sunny Arizona, she’s embraced the Midwest lifestyle (well… maybe not the snow!) and now calls Wisconsin home, where she gets to live her dream every day.

 

As a Master Stylist and Aveda Retail Ambassador, Rachel specializes in color, precision cutting, hair extensions, and Aveda hair care education. Her career has taken her from behind the chair to backstage at New York Fashion Week, working with models and stylists from around the globe. These experiences fuel her creativity and commitment to offering each guest a customized, elevated salon experience.

 

Rachel’s mission is simple: to help every guest leave the salon feeling confident, refreshed, and inspired. She’s especially passionate about Aveda’s plant-powered products, believing in beauty that supports both healthy hair and a mindful, balanced lifestyle.

 

When she’s not in the salon, Rachel’s most in her element spending time with her incredible partner, two amazing kids, and their sweet golden retriever. Whether she’s out on the lake, exploring new places, sharing beauty tips on social media, or simply vibing to music, she lives life with joy, authenticity, and intention.
