In my salon hangs a framed drawing — a vision created by the 7-year-old girl I once was. That little girl dreamed of owning a beautiful salon where guests felt seen, pampered, and confident. As I grew up and made that dream a reality, my purpose became clear: to provide every guest with the best possible experience.

I’ve committed my career to learning everything I can about this industry. AVEDA’s 10 Points of Difference and countless hours of advanced education have shaped the foundation I stand on. As I evolved, so did my focus — from personal growth to building up those around me. Today, I find my greatest joy in mentoring others, watching my team grow into confident, inspiring professionals.

My journey began in 2004 when I attended beauty school. Right after graduating, I started my first job at Appearances in Menomonie, WI — a salon many locals fondly remember as the place to get your hair done. From there, I became the manager of Estilo Salon in Eau Claire. Then, at just 23, I was offered the chance to buy the business. It felt wild — but I knew I’d regret not taking the leap. So, I did. I became the owner of Estilo Salon.

After a decade of owning and building the Eau Claire location, I considered expanding. One day, while having lunch with my soon-to-be husband at The Silver Dollar Saloon in Menomonie, we noticed the building next door was for sale. I called the number in the window, made an offer the next day, and just like that — the idea of a second location became reality. That spring, while planning our wedding, we also remodeled the building and opened our second Estilo Salon — just ten days after our wedding.

Today, I’m proud to be the owner of two thriving salons, a wife, and a mother to my daughter, Marley — who inspires me to work harder and lead better. In recent years, Estilo Eau Claire underwent a major expansion, doubling in size and adding three stylist stations to meet our growing demand.

In 2022, I auditioned to become an Aveda Haircut & Style Purefessional — and was honored to be one of just 30 Purefessionals selected nationwide. Now, I travel across the country to teach, mentor, and ignite passion in stylists — helping them shorten the learning curve and step confidently into their potential.

I am deeply proud to lead a team of talented beauty professionals, offering them the best tools, education, and guidance to build long-term success. I believe in creating an environment that nurtures excellence — for our guests and our team.

I love spoiling my guests — with hot towels, relaxing scalp massages, and personalized care. I treat every guest like family and take pride in guiding them toward the best version of themselves. I’m obsessed with detail, with perfecting every cut — and I promise, you’ll leave my chair with the best haircut of your life, feeling confident and fully able to recreate your look at home.
